Mech AI ("we") provides AI automation services. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, including data accessed through Google APIs.

• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message collected via Formspree when you reach out through our website.
• Google user data — accessed only after explicit user authorization via Google OAuth, and only for the scopes listed below.

When a client connects their Google account, we request only the scopes required to run the automations they've asked us to build. Each scope is used strictly for the purpose listed:

• Gmail (read) — to read relevant emails for automating lead and client follow-up workflows.
• Gmail (send) — to send automated replies, notifications, or follow-ups on the user's behalf.
• Google Sheets — to read and write data for tracking leads, reports, or automation logs.
• Google Calendar — to create, read, or update events for scheduling automation (e.g. booking calls, reminders).
• Google Docs — to read or generate documents as part of automated workflows.

We do not sell Google user data to third parties. Data is used solely to provide the automation service the client requested.

Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service. Clients can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Users can revoke Mech AI's access to their Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
